This workshop, “Feeling your way to a better life“, is about building unshakable self-esteem, and using your feelings as a powerful guide to create the life you truly deserve.
Here’s how we’ll do it:
- Understand Your Feelings: Discover the difference between true, authentic feelings from your inner self and the fabricated feelings created by ego-driven patterns.
- Break Free from Patterns: Identify and release the habitual patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of negativity, doubt, and low self-worth.
- Tune Into Your True Self: Learn how to connect with your inner compass—your true feelings—to guide you toward decisions and actions that align with your authentic self.
- Practical Tools for Self-Love: Gain tools to navigate and overcome negative feelings, protect your emotional energy, and build a daily practice of self-love.
- Create the Life You Deserve: With higher self-esteem and a stronger connection to your authentic feelings, you’ll be able to shape a life that feels good from the inside out.

Feelings and Self-Esteem
Studies reveal the widespread impact of these struggles, with four out of five women experiencing some for of low self-esteem and nine out of 10 opting out of important life activities when they don’t feel good about the way they look.
Self-esteem, rooted in how we feel about ourselves at our core, influences every decision we make and how we show up in the world. This workshop empowers you to reclaim your self-worth by tuning into your feelings and aligning with your true self.

It’s a safe and empowering space to reconnect with your feelings, let go of what’s not serving you, and learn how to live with self-assurance and joy
By the end of this workshop, you’ll feel good about yourself and your decisions, know how to tune into your feelings to guide your daily choices, navigate and overcome negative emotions effectively, protect yourself from emotional drains while maintaining your energy, and build a deeper sense of self-worth and self-love.
